The race

A trail running event held in Flims Laax, starting from Prau la Selva. Four race formats are on offer: the K78 (78.2 km / 4624 m gain), K42 (41.1 km / 2609 m), K23 (23.2 km / 923 m), and K12 (12.5 km / 421 m). The K78 also runs as a team relay for four (two women and two men).
