The race
The Trail Via Romana is a popular race held since the village of Carpineto, at 700 m altitude in Upper Corsica. It offers three trail courses (50 km, 23 km, 13 km) to discover the Castagniccia in the Corsican Regional Natural Park, on mule tracks alternating hamlets, ridges and forests.
