The race
The 5K route begins and ends at the W.A. Murphy Student Centre at UPEI. Participants will travel behind the UPEI Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre and continue to the first Confederation Trail entrance, indicated by a volunteer. Runners and walkers will follow the trail to the intersection near the Charlottetown Mall, where they will turn around without crossing the road. They will then return along the trail, exit at the second Confederation Trail access point, and follow the marked route through campus back to the W.A. Murphy Student Centre for the finish.
