The race

The Race Across Wales is an epic 228 km challenge across North Wales, following the pilgrim path from the ruins of Basingwerk Abbey near Holywell to the village of Aberdaron on the Llŷn Peninsula. The course alternates between fields, valleys, mountains and coasts, with a positive elevation gain of approximately 6,289 meters and a time limit of 50 hours.
