Race plan

Plan your race from start to finish.

Pacing, aid stations and fueling timed to your effort on Nature Coast 100k, in one roadbook.

The race

The Nature Coast 100K is a unique ultramarathon held on Florida’s scenic Nature Coast State Trail, starting and finishing at the College of Central Florida’s Jack Wilkinson Levy Campus in Chiefland. Runners and ruckers will tackle a fast, mostly flat paved rail-trail course through rural North Florida, completing three out-and-back legs connecting Fanning Springs with Cross City, Trenton, and Chiefland. With 100K and 50K distances, generous 24-hour cutoffs, well-supported aid stations, and plenty of classic Florida scenery along the way, the Nature Coast 100K offers an approachable course for first-time ultrarunners while still providing a rewarding challenge for experienced athletes.
