The race
The Marató dels Dements is the dramatic Skymasters Final of the Skyrunner World Series, held in the rugged Serra d’Espadà mountains between Eslida and Aín. This loop-format race is famous for its relentless technicality — steep rocky climbs, narrow ridgelines and sharp, fast descents through dense Mediterranean forest.
