The race
The Izernight is a night trail race held on Halloween weekend in Izernore, in the Ain department. Organized by the Izernore Firefighters' Association, the event offers three distances of 11, 17, and 24 km. The courses mainly follow marked trails and paths and pass through a haunted house.
