The race

Hiru Haundiak is the reference long-distance mountain race in the Basque Country, organized by the Manuel Iradier Excursionist Society since 1987. It connects the three most emblematic peaks of the Basque mountains: Gorbea, Anboto, and Aizkorri. The 101 km course with over 10,000 m of elevation gain can be completed in a maximum of 24 hours.
