The race

The Spartan Hurricane Heat of De Schorre in Boom (Antwerp province) is an endurance and team-building event, not a fixed-distance trail race: the formats are time-based (HH12HR for 12 hours and HH4HR for 4 hours, with approx. 25 challenges). Scheduled for the weekend of 29–30 August 2026 at the De Schorre provincial domain (Schommelei 1, Boom), the 29 August session is listed as CANCELLED on the official website; only the Hurricane Heat 4HR on 30 August remains open for registration (18+).
