The race
Andrejcová Vertikal, or colloquially 'the run to Andrejcová', is an open one-day race for the general public, both runners and hikers, according to designated categories. The 5.1 km course leads from the center of the village of Pohorelá (750 m a.s.l.) along a blue-marked hiking trail to the main ridge of the Low Tatras, with the finish at the summit of Andrejcová (1510 m a.s.l.).
